Dea is the new Communication Assistant at End FGM European Network.

Dea is eager to be here and be part of the team. She has previous working experience in writing articles focusing on human rights issues and their violation, gender equality and sustainability. She also has solid skills in the communication field for NGOs, particularly in drafting compelling messages for Social Media Channels, maintaining the internal and external communication while sharing stories and activities through the creation of dedicated newsletters. Dea has a deep passion for communication and uses her creativity to create eye-catching visual posts.

Dea has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, a Master’s Degree in International Relations and another one in Humanitarian Operations in Emergencies.

She loves taking pictures, reading, practicing yoga, hiking and learn new things.

Dea speaks fluently Italian, English and Croatian, while she has intermediate knowledge of German and a basic knowledge of Albanian and French.
